Edmonton Is Our Home Market, Not a Line on a Service-Area List
Plenty of the agencies bidding on your business have never driven past your shop. We're at 10207 111 Street NW, a few minutes from downtown — which means we can sit at your table, walk your job site, and film your crew doing the work.
That proximity isn't a nicety, it's information. We know what a February in Alberta does to a home services pipeline and how to have budget in the right place before it happens. We know what a good journeyman costs to keep here, so we don't build campaigns that fill a calendar you can't staff. And we know which Edmonton neighbourhoods are worth paying to reach and which ones just look good in a report.
We keep an office in Vancouver too, and we work with businesses well beyond both cities. But Edmonton is where we live.

Who We Market For in Edmonton
We work with owner-operated service businesses that intend to be the premium choice in their market — not the cheapest quote in the inbox. If the plan is to win on price, we're the wrong agency, and we'll say so on the first call.
Marketing a trade is not marketing a restaurant. We know the buying cycle, the objections, the seasonality and the search behaviour in:
- Electrical contractors
- Plumbing companies
- HVAC and mechanical
- Roofing and exteriors
- Renovation and custom build
- Salons and personal services
- Veterinary and dental clinics
Don't see your business on the list? The fundamentals travel further than people expect. Ask us on a call.

Why Edmonton Owners Needs To Stop Buying Marketing One Piece at a Time
Most owners solve marketing one hire at a time. An SEO person here. A video editor there. Someone for ads, someone else for social, a web developer who answers every third email. It adds up faster than anyone expects, none of them talk to each other, and when the leads don't come, no one owns the result.
Worse, each one optimises for their own scoreboard. The SEO consultant reports rankings. The ads manager reports clicks. The social person reports followers. Every dashboard is green and the phone still isn't ringing, because nobody was ever asked to be accountable for booked jobs.
We put the whole function under one roof and one plan. The ads inform the SEO. The video feeds the ads and the website. The email follow-up catches the leads the phone missed. And there is exactly one team whose job is the outcome rather than the deliverable.
What's Included
Local SEO
Google Business Profile management, the Edmonton map pack, a page for every service you sell, citations that actually match, and a review system that runs every month instead of every crisis.
Google Ads & paid social
Campaigns built around your margins, not your click-through rate. We'd rather spend less and book better work than win an auction for a job you lose money on.
Website design & care
Conversion-focused builds that load fast, are structured for search, and put booking or quoting where people actually look for it — plus a monthly care plan so it doesn't quietly rot.
Content & video
You sit down once. Our engine turns that single recording into a month of assets across search, social and email. It's the difference between “post more” and having something worth posting.
Email & CRM follow-up
Most lost jobs weren't lost on price. They were never followed up on. This is the least glamorous line on the list and often the fastest money.
Social media management
Consistent presence where your market checks whether you're real before they call.
Podcasting
For owners who want authority rather than reach, the asset that makes you the obvious expert instead of the cheapest option.
Tracking & reporting
Calls, forms, booked jobs, and what each one cost. What gets measured can be managed and improved upon.
What It Actually Takes to Get Found in Edmonton
Edmonton is not a soft market. In most trades, three or four companies have owned the top of the map for years, and they didn't get there with a clever trick. They got there by doing unglamorous things consistently.
Here's the honest hierarchy, roughly in order of how much it moves the needle:
- Reviews, earned steadily. The single heaviest factor in local search, and it's about recency and rhythm, not just the total. Ten reviews a month for a year beats a hundred in one week, every time.
- Your Google Business Profile, treated as a real asset. Categories, services, photos, hours, questions answered, posts published. Most Edmonton contractors set theirs up once in 2019 and never opened it again.
- A page for every service, not one page listing them all. Someone searching “furnace repair Edmonton” should land on a page about furnace repair. This is the most commonly skipped step and one of the most valuable.
- Citations that match. Your name, address and phone identical everywhere they appear. Boring, cheap, and quietly holding a lot of businesses back.
- Local links. One link from an Edmonton association, supplier or event is worth a stack of generic directories.
None of that is a secret. It's just work that has to happen every month, in order, while you're running a business. That's the part we take.
The one advantage you have over a national competitor is that you're here, so we build on it. Neighbourhood-level targeting from Windermere to Sherwood Park. Campaigns timed to Alberta's calendar rather than a generic content plan. And proof that a customer three streets over already trusts you.

How We Work
1
Discover
We audit what you have: search visibility, ad spend, website, tracking, follow-up, and find where the leads are actually leaking. Usually it isn't the thing you called about.
2
Strategize
You get a written plan with what we're doing first, why it's first, and what it should produce — sized to what can realistically ship this quarter.
3
Empower
We execute and report, every month, and you always know what's running and what it earned.

How You'll Know It's Working
Most owners have been handed a marketing report they couldn't read and didn't trust. So here is what you get and in what terms.
We track to booked work, not to activity. Every call and form is attributed to where it came from, so the monthly conversation is about which channels produced real jobs and what each one cost, not impressions, not rankings in isolation, not follower counts.
You get a live dashboard you can open any time, a monthly review with a person who can explain what changed and why, and a plain answer when something didn't work. That last one matters most. Everything works some months; what you want is an agency that tells you which month wasn't one of them.
And it's all yours
Every account is in your name — website, domain, Google Ads, Analytics, Business Profile. You keep all of it if we ever part ways, and we hand over access without a fight. We'd rather earn the next month than hold your assets hostage.

Real Growth. Real Results. In Edmonton.
When you market a business like a premium brand, you attract better customers, better people, and margins that survive a slow winter. Here's what that has looked like for Edmonton businesses we have helped:
Ryan Hauer - Hauer Power Electrical
Ryan grew Hauer Power from a one-man operation to a dozen full-time electricians, with a website that brings in two leads a day, every day.
"We have a great website that develops leads and we can see exactly how many leads we get, at least two a day."
Jorey Klein - Taitlin Studio
Jorey was nervous about the spend. Calls started coming in within days — now he'd be worried about turning the ads off.
"Within days of getting that package I started to get calls in… I'd actually be worried about cancelling the advertising."
Lianna Bergonia - Healing Point Massage Therapy
A year in, Lianna's team has grown and sales are up — with a step-by-step plan she could actually follow.
"Our team has grown since then and sales have increased. They help you with your vision, step by step on how you'll get there."
Serving Edmonton and the Capital Region
Our office is downtown and our clients are spread across the region — Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Leduc, Nisku, Beaumont, Fort Saskatchewan, Devon, and out through Strathcona and Parkland County. If you're within an hour of the city, we can be in your boardroom this month.
Beyond that we work with service businesses across Alberta, in British Columbia, and remotely well past both. We aren't tied to our physical location — but when you're in Edmonton, you get the version of us that shows up in person.
What Does This Cost?
Fair question, and we're not going to make you sit through a discovery call to get near an answer.
What you invest depends on which level you need, and we publish the whole thing on one page: what these services cost when you buy them à la carte, what each of our levels includes, and what you actually pay. Read it before you talk to us — we'd rather you came to the call having already done the math.

What we'll tell you here: we are not the cheap option, we don't pretend to be, and every client we have could have paid less somewhere else.
Edmonton Digital Marketing FAQs
Do you only work with Edmonton businesses?
No — we work with service businesses across Canada and beyond. But Edmonton is home, and local clients get things the others can't: in-person meetings, site visits, and a team that knows the market you're competing in.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. Our office is at 10207 111 Street NW, or we'll come to your shop. Most local clients do a mix — in person when it matters, video when it doesn't.
How long before we see results?
Paid ads can produce leads in the first week. Profile and review work often moves the map pack within a month or two. Competitive organic terms in a market this established take several months of consistent work — and anyone promising page one in thirty days is either lucky or lying.
Who owns our website, ad accounts and data?
You do. Every account is in your name, you keep it if we part ways, and we hand over access without a fight. It's an ugly question most agencies dodge, and how a firm answers it tells you a lot.
Are we locked into a long contract?
Twelve months, then month-to-month, cancel any time after that. We ask for the year because the first ninety days are mostly building and the compounding lands in months six to twelve. And every account is in your name from day one, so if we stop earning it, you leave with everything.
What do you report on, and how often?
Calls, forms and booked jobs, attributed to the channel that produced them, with the cost of each. A live dashboard you can open any time, plus a monthly review with a person who can explain what changed.
Will you rebuild our website, or work with what we have?
Whichever is honestly cheaper for the result you want. Sometimes a rebuild is the only path; often the existing site needs structure, speed and a clearer path to booking rather than a fresh design. We'll tell you which one you're looking at before you commit.
Do you work with Edmonton trades specifically?
Yes — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, renovation and salons are our core industries, and each has its own page and its own playbook.
What happens in the first thirty days?
We diagnose before we prescribe: a full look at your search visibility, ad spend, website, tracking and follow-up, then a written plan with what we're doing first and what it should produce. You'll know what's broken before you've spent much with us.
Do you do business coaching too?
We do, and most of our marketing clients end up in it, because marketing exposes the constraint rather than fixing it. If the phone rings and the business behind it can't convert, price or staff the work, that's a coaching problem wearing a marketing costume. It's a separate engagement and you're welcome to buy the marketing alone.
